Grievance Redressal Guidelines

Welcome to Sahakar Samvad, the platform dedicated to resolving grievances related to cooperative housing societies registered under The Maharashtra State Co-operative Housing Federation Ltd. Before filing your complaint, please carefully go through the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and effective redressal process:

Eligibility for Filing Complaint: Members or prospective members of co-operative housing societies are eligible to file complaints on this portal. Ensure that your complaint pertains to matters falling under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies.

Identifying the Jurisdiction: Check the list of specific matters or issues posted on the portal to ensure your complaint aligns with the Registrar's jurisdiction. For complaints outside the Registrar's purview, refer to the appropriate authorities, such as Cooperative Court, Police Station

Filing a Complaint: Click on the "Post a Complaint" icon to initiate the complaint filing process. Provide accurate and concise information regarding your grievance in 200 words or less. Upload relevant supporting documents, not exceeding 1 MB, to strengthen your complaint.

Complaint Redressal Process: Once filed, your complaint will be directed to the concerned Joint/Deputy/ Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies for action and resolution. Rest assured that all complaints will be tracked, monitored, and confirmed by controlling officers to ensure timely action.

Track Your Complaint: Use the "Track Your Complaint" section to monitor the status and progress of your filed complaint. Access real-time updates on the actions taken by the concerned authorities.

Charges and Utilization: A nominal fee of ₹50 is applicable for filing each complaint. The charges collected from members will be utilized for the maintenance and updates of the portal and for providing training and education to members of cooperative housing societies exclusively.
